Luke McGarva started as a laborer and equipment operator at Western Water, working his way up through the company to take the role of Vice President in 2013. Born and raised in California, he chose to raise his own family in Sonoma County; with incredible weather, and easy access to mountains, beaches, wine country and urban cities, he believes it’s one of the most beautiful places to live in the world.
