Ken Kreischer wears many hats at Western Water, but his primary responsibilities include accounting, legal, HR, banking, bonding, contracts, labor relations and regulatory compliance. He also acts as the keeper of the corporate conscience and company historian. Kreischer has lived in Sonoma County nearly all his life, and enjoys spending time doing just about anything outside, including camping, being on the water, or heading to the mountains. He is also actively involved in the community as a volunteer for Canine Companions for Independence. Over the years, the Kreischer family has raised and trained nearly 100 assistance dogs for people with disabilities.
"Doing business in California gets harder every year, particularly as a contractor. Nevertheless, projects still need to be built, especially vital water projects. I’m motivated by the fact that we tackle the challenges and continue to build successful projects."
