Construct a renewable and compressed natural gas (CNG) components and facilities (gas treatment system components, compressors, piping, microturbines, CNG fueling and storage systems) at two Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District locations. A standby source of CNG fuel sourced from a PG&E distribution line will be provided via a fast-fill CNG fueling system.
This project involved the installation of state of the art equipment and technology that has not been tested on many facilities. This lead to numberous design changes and teamwork to ensure the inteded functinality was attained.
Utilize a new facility that provides the owners vehicles and equipment with treated anaerobic digester gas for fuel wih a back-up CNG fueling system.
