Construct a facility that processes winery liquid waste through a high rate anaerobic digester system and processes pomace (spent grapes) through a low rate anaerobic digester system producing 2MW electricity in a co-generation facility. In addition, produce treated effluent with a MBR process providing irrigation quality water and digestate to be utilized as an organic fertilizer.


Installing imported state of the art technologies from Belgium and Spain where waste to energy technologies are more advanced.


Treat the winery waste streams and produce 2 MW of green electrical energy, irrigation quality water, and organic fertilizer.
