Build a completely new state-of-the-art greenfield Wastewater Recycling Facility
Challenge
Construction of design-build ground improvement rammed aggregate piers, multiple treatment processes including anoxic/aeration basins, membrane filtration and ultraviolet disinfection to name a few and a long-distance discharge pipeline ending at an effluent diffuser pipeline submerged deep in the San Joaquin River.
Result
Treats 4.3 million gallons a day of wastewater creating a product that is safe to return to the environment and safe to reuse for irrigation.
