Maintaining the functionality of a complex deteriorating plant built along Hangtown Creek on solid rock while systematically replacing the majority of the existing infrastructure one process at a time
Result
Stay ahead of environmental requirements regarding effluent quality for a growing Placerville population. Western Water worked closely with the owner to keep change orders to only 1/10th of 1% of construction costs.
