Objective
Construct two new digesters, digester control building, existing digester modifications, chemical facilities, gas upgrading equipment and food/FOG receiving facilities for overall increased treatment capacity as well as to provide fuel to one of the first California municipal waste to renewable natural gas (RNG) fueling stations.
Challenge
Delivering a large, complex project within a short time period that includes many intricate mechanical, electrical and instrument systems that need to work together in a flawless manner in order to achieve the project goals.
Result
Provide RNG to their soon to be built fueling station servicing a the City’s new fleet of CNG/RNG powered vehicles making the City of Manteca a leader in the state for sustainable, green energy.
