The program is managed and administered by a Safety Committee that has been appointed by the company employees. We believe true jobsite safety is achieved when safe decisions are made by every employee, every time.

Western Water provides continuing education in safety certification classes and programs. The company strongly encourages all employees to strengthen their safety knowledge and awareness.

Our Safety Pride program is monitored by monthly jobsite safety audits conducted by our proffesional safety staff. We offer safety incentives in conjunction with our profit sharing program. Our company has determined that safety is good business.
