Western Water became incorporated in the State of California under the name Kirkwood-Bly as a general engineering contracting company in 1959.

In over forty-five years of continuous operation some elements of the original company have changed but the same spirit and determination for safety, quality and customer service have remained.

Western Water is now a 100% employee owned company. Under the leadership of John McGarva, President and CEO, the employee owners are dedicated to continuing the tradition of safety, quality and customer service that began in 1959.
